Refund Policy
Entry fees are non-refundable. Bib transfers are not permitted. We know life happens. If you cannot attend a race, you must inform us by June1 and you can defer your registration to a future race event. Due to the nature of running an event this size, Women’s Epic will not extend refunds to those who wish to cancel their registration. Any deferments must be made by June 1st.
Women’s Epic organizers reserve the ability and right to cancel the event due to unsafe weather, and any variety of circumstances, etc. For the safety of participants and staff we reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or re-route the race course as we see fit.
* No dogs/ babies/children to accompany participants on trail. We love fur babies and kids alike, however for everyone’s safety they may not join you on course.
