Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY:
* 50% refund available until AUGUST 15, NO REFUNDS AFTER THIS DATE
* You can transfer to another distance until 3 days before the race. You can do this in your Profile under "Manage Registration"
* You can transfer your entry to another runner until 3 days before the race. You can do this in your Profile under "Manage Registration"
* No deferrals to next year
* If we are forced to cancel
for any reason, runners will get a free transfer to the next year, or an 80% refund
* During the registration process, you will have the chance to purchase refund insurance (not available to Canadians racers – rules of the insurance company not us or RunSignUp), which will allow a full refund if you are unable to attend the event due to several covered reasons including accident, illness and family emergency.
