Refund Policy
REFUNDS:
Refunds are only offered if you purchase REGSHIELD protection at registration checkout. You must refer to your purchased REGSHIELD insurance policy to request your refund.
DISTANCE CHANGES:
Changing your distance is allowed, subject to the following:
- You may upgrade or downgrade your current registration if the distance you are choosing has not reached the maximum participant cap.
- Participants must pay the difference in fees if upgrading from the 10K to the Half Marathon. The difference in fees will not be refunded if downgrading to the 10K.
- All distance changes must be completed by August 31, 2025.
- There is a $20 fee to change distances.
BIB TRANSFERS:
- You may transfer your bib to another runner if you are no longer able to attend.
- There is a $30 fee paid by the original registrant.
DEFERRALS:
- Not offered
