More than 60 days before race (choice of):
Deferment to next year’s race (one year only)
Transfer registration to another individual
Refund minus $10 and service fee
60 days or less before race:
NO REFUNDS, TRANSFERS OR DEFERMENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS!
COVID CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of a change to CDC, State, or City regulations resulting in large events to no longer be permitted, your registration will be automatically deferred to the next year. No refunds will be given.
ONCE AGAIN... NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THIS POLICY AFTER THE CUT OFF DATE. While we understand injuries and life circumstances can arise, race insurance was offered during registration.
