Refund Policy
No refunds or credits will be issued if we are forced to postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control such as a natural disaster, emergency, or as required to protect the safety of participants/staff.
We do not offer cash refunds for entry cancellations.
We do allow you to transfer your entry to another participant, free of charge, contingent on any last-minute logistical considerations that may prevent this.
If you must cancel your entry and are unable to transfer it to another racer, we offer the following race credit amounts towards a future event:
90 or more days prior to the event - 100% entry fee credit
45 - 89 days prior to the event - 75% entry fee credit
10 - 44 days prior to the event - 50% entry fee credit
* Event credits may be used for 13 months following the date of the original event
* Event credits are calculated from paid entry fees only, and do not include amounts paid in fees to RunSignUp or USARA at the time of entry
