Prima Elements Holistic Wellness Center, founded in 2012 by military veteran Hilda Burgos, is a beacon of healing and well-being in downtown Fayetteville. Hilda, a Fayetteville native and trained nurse in the Army, brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to serving others. Hilda recently retired as a senior IT consultant and information assurance network manager for the U.S. Army Reserves at Fort Bragg. Her dedication to the well-being of her community is evident in the establishment of Prima Elements.
After her service in Afghanistan, Hilda decided to open a wellness center with a mission to create a space where people could heal. Her purpose-driven journey is a testament to her unwavering commitment to the well-being of others. Hilda’s son, Adrian Burgos, and his partner, Audriaunna Burgos, manage the center’s day-to-day operations.
“At Prima Elements, our purpose is to provide personalized holistic care and services beyond addressing physical ailments. We aim to alleviate stress and anxiety, fostering the rejuvenation of the mind, body, and spirit,” shared Audriaunna Burgos. The center offers a range of services designed to cater to the unique needs of each individual, reflecting Hilda’s vision of a healing space that addresses the whole person.
As a military veteran-led establishment, Prima Elements is grounded in service, integrity, and holistic well-being principles. The center is a testament to Hilda Burgos’s dedication to her community, blending her military background with a passion for holistic healing.
Prima Elements Holistic Wellness Center invites the community to experience a well-being journey, guided by a team committed to personalized care, stress relief, and the overall refreshment of the mind, body, and spirit.
