Juneteenth Celebration 5k

Come and run the downtown area of Fayetteville North Carolina and celebrate Juneteenth! This will be a flat and fast 5k route weaving throughout beautiful downtown area. Come back after your run and enjoy the day and the festivities put on by Cool Spring Downtown District. Same route as last year and all the fun!!

Before the race.

Raceday registration will run from 630-715AM.
Please park in the identified locations and walk down to the park.
Faster runners upfront.
Porta potties will be available.

During the race.

There are very few turns on this out and back route.
There will be directional arrows and spray chalk on the ground at intersections and turns.
If you are walking, please try to stay on the sidewalks as much as possible.
There will be a water point at mile 1 and mile 2. Make sure to thank them for their support.
Follow directions of course volunteers and Police. 
Have a good time and encourage everyone around you! You will do great!

After the race.

Grab some water and celebrate with some high fives.
Smile, have fun, and then come back downtown later for all of the fantastic festivities.
