Hi friends and family!

Several years ago, one of my dearest friends, an incredible person and promising archeologist, sustained a TBI, and became disabled after being struck by lightning while on an excavation in New Mexico With grit, humor, and unshakable determination, she rebuilt her strength, one small step at a time. Today, she proves that perseverance can turn even the toughest detours into a powerful new road forward. This is just one story made possible with the help and support of Craig Hospital.

I recently accepted the challenge to raise funds to support patients at Craig Hospital through participating in Pedal 4 Possible: At the Raceway on October 18th. 

Craig Hospital is a very special place and, if you've ever interacted with a former patient or been to the campus, you know this is true. Craig goes above and beyond the typical rehabilitation therapies to meet each patient's needs and give them the tools and resources necessary to achieve independence following an injury. 

Important programs, such as Music Therapy, Therapeutic Recreation, Assistive Technology, the School Program, research, and Community Reintegration are just a few of the extra services that Craig Hospital offers, which help patients rebuild a life filled with possibilities. But these programs are not covered by insurance! And they rely on supporters, just like YOU.
