Refund Policy
Entry fees are non-refundable. After your registration is accepted, no refunds will be issued, even if you can't participate. Race insurance is available for purchase during registration through a third-party provider.
You have the option to transfer your entry to another person, transfer to a different New Orleans Track Club event, or defer your entry. These changes must be made through the online registration system and may involve fees and deadlines. See our FAQs for details. Contact notc@runnotc.org for further assistance.
No refunds will be given if the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: acts of God, weather, public health emergencies, and acts of terrorism.
The only exception to this policy is for active military personnel who provide deployment papers demonstrating their inability to attend. We cannot accommodate other special circumstances. By initialing during registration, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
