XChange is a ministry that includes a 501(c)3 Humanitarian Non-Profit outpatient addiction treatment and recovery center, providing transitional housing. We're reliant primarily upon donations.
Based in Clark County, Washington State, we provide home-like living environments, peer and health-care provider led recovery, professional skill building opportunities and a chance to renew with self, family, friends and community.
