Refund Policy
Refunds: This event is planned many months in advance and has procurement costs based upon registration counts that are not recoverable so please understand that refunds are not allowed. We offer race insurance at a reasonable cost.
Distance transfers: You may request a transfer from the Saturday marathon to the Saturday half marathon at any time up until the start of the race. It is best if you notify us sooner than that.
Switching days: You may request to switch the day you are running on up until May 20, 2025 or until either event day sells out – whichever comes first. There are no price refunds switching from Saturday to Sunday. You will be responsible to paying the price increase switching from Sunday to Saturday.
Person to Person Transfers: You cannot transfer your entry to another person by yourself under any circumstances. You may request that we do a transfer for you up until May 20, 2025 or the event is sold out – whichever comes first.
