Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend a ride, you must log in and cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to the ride. This allows those on the waitlist to claim your spot.
We understand emergencies come up, but repeated no-shows take away opportunities from other WMBA members and may result in a temporary hold on your account prohibiting you from signing up for group rides.
