Refund Policy
Sorry, but there will be no refunds for this event. This event is set up as a fundraiser for Celebrate Birthdays which is a 501c3 Charity Non-Profit organization whose mission is to ensure that every foster child and all children, regardless of personal or financial circumstances, has the opportunity to Celebrate their Birthday and receive a present!
If you chose to participate in the live event and can not make it to our event on August 24, you will still receive your shirt (size guaranteed if pre-registered before August 1, 2024) and custom bib. Your registration will be switched to the Virtual option. We will not be mailing any packets. (Arrangements can be made to pick up after the event)
