The Super Sam 5K & Dino Dash is on Saturday November 4, 2023 at Bachman Lake Park in Dallas. I would love for you to help me raise funds for the Samuel Allen Pampel Foundation and help children with cancer and their families. It's going to be a really fun event with food, drinks, live music, Photo Booth, faceprinting, a bounce house for the kids other activities.
