Refund Policy
Refund / Cancellation Policy
- There will be no deferrals (other than pregnancy deferrals), credits, transfers or waitlists for any race distance. No Exceptions.
- Runners who must drop out may do so on or before December 31st 2025 and will receive a 50% refund*. All refunds are processed through RunSignUp.
- Runners may move down in distance, provided they do so on or before April 1st. All Event Transfers will be handed on RunSignUp by participant.
*Race Processing Fee is non-refundable. Refund will be 50% of Race Cost only.
