Refund Policy
Refunds will not be offered. You can transfer your registration to next year, apply it as a credit to another race we host or gift your registration to a friend/family member (or stranger on the internet who pays you). Please send us a message if you would like to take one of these avenues.
As with any outdoor event, Mother Nature plays a role. We are in the business of hosting events, not canelling them. We will do everything in our power to host the event that you signed up for. Refunds will not be offered for changes in courses, times, etc. If weather or forces out of our control make hosting the event on the scheduled day not possible, we will reschedule to the following day. If that day does not work either, the race will be cancelled. All participants will be given the option to defer to next year or transfer to another race we host.
