Hi Holly Jolly Friends!
This year I’m joining Run Rudolph Run with a simple holiday motto: Keep Moving—even if some days my joints sound like a bowl of Rice Krispies.
I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis over a dozen years ago, and while RA and other autoimmune diseases can be downright Grinchy, I’ve learned that a little grit, a little humor, a lot of movement, and a whole lot of community can make a real difference.
This event’s goal is to raise $100,000, and my team and I are aiming to contribute at least $1,000 to this event. Every dollar goes directly to support incredible researchers at UCSF and Stanford, who are working hard to make life better for people like me (and for all the future Rudolphs whose joints need a little extra magic).
If you’d like to join my team, I’d love to have you prancing alongside us. And if prancing isn't your thing, you can still sprinkle some joy by making a donation to support our team.
Together, we can help bring hope, healing, and maybe a little more jingle to the joints of millions.
Thank you for supporting, sharing, laughing, caring—and helping us keep moving. ❤️🦌✨
