If you can't make it to the event here are your options:
1. Go to https://requestmyrefund.com/regshield/refund to file a claim and request a refund. Insurance is handled by a third party and the event management team is not able to file your claim for you or impact the decision on your claim. You must purchase insurance during registration. Insurance will come as part of a second confirmation email, it will not be noted on the event confirmation email.

2. If you would like to defer your entry to next year, you must request a deferral 10 days or more before the event.
