FATHER & SON DUO SERVING UP DELICIOUS!

During the pandemic, Tony Resch and his son Mason Resch were looking for a way to spend time together outside of their home. Their love of food and Tony’s family history of cooking led them to open their own food truck in May of 2021.

Tony’s dad was a chef for 30 years and mom a baker for more than 20 years. He worked in the kitchen with them early on and his love of food blossomed. Today he and Mason explore their creativity through food (hello spaghetti sandwich!).

They pride themselves on great food, fair prices and service with a smile!
