At the Children's Museum & Theatre of Maine (CMTM), we set the stage for every child to imagine & learn through play.
Located on Thompson's Point in Portland, Maine, CMTM features three floors of interactive exhibits & activities for children of all ages. While we are centered on the positive growth of the whole child, we focus on play-based experiences in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math); Arts and Culture; Performing and visual arts; and Early childhood education.
We strive to be a community resource and work with parents, caregivers, and diverse partners to build a foundation of support for children and families across Maine and beyond.
