Greater Portland Health's (GPH) mission is to provide high-quality, patient-centered healthcare that is accessible, affordable, and contributes to a healthier community. GPH is a non-profit community health center with an integrated care model offering primary medical, behavioral health, optometry, and dental care with care coordination across 17 health center locations, including 7 school-based health centers. GPH accepts all insurance types and offers a sliding fee scale for those without insurance.
