Refund Policy
Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions. Your registration cost directly supports Learning Matters where it is used to provide crucial tutoring, assessment, and advocacy services to K-12 students in need across Middle Tennessee. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate. We do not issue refunds if the event is canceled due to circumstances out of our control such as: Acts of God, weather conditions, public health emergencies, acts of terrorism, etc.
