Ryan's Ranch Run, we are committed to providing a fair and consistent refund policy for all participants. Please carefully read and understand our refund policy before registering for any of our events.
1. No Refunds for Race or Entry Fees:
All race fees, entry fees, and associated charges paid by participants are non-refundable.
Regardless of the reason for cancellation or withdrawal, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, medical issues, or unforeseen circumstances, we do not offer refunds for race or entry fees.
2. Event Cancellation or Postponement:
In the rare event that we must cancel or postpone an event due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, safety concerns, government regulations), we will make every effort to reschedule the event or provide alternative options.If rescheduling or alternative options are not feasible, participants may be eligible for a partial credit to be applied towards a future event.
