Flexible Registration Policy: Your Entry, Your Options
Enjoy the freedom of FREE event & race transfers, deferrals, and participant swaps up to 3 days before event day — all managed through your RunSignUp account. It is the participant’s responsibility to initiate these options.
At SBR Fun Club & Events, your registration value always stays with you. In the rare case of a major cancellation or Act of God, entries convert into event credits or a free entry voucher for future SBR Fun events. While we don’t provide cash refunds (as a non-profit, resources go directly into delivering safe and memorable events), we guarantee your full registration value carries forward.
We also reserve the right to refuse individual registrations if a participant has previously engaged in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior, failed to follow event rules, or otherwise acted in a way that compromises safety, fairness, or integrity.
