Our "why"

In honor of Max, who was adopted from Homeward Pet in 2017 and passed away in early 2023. He was known and loved by so many staff and volunteers. His steadfast attitude, solid love of all beings, and acceptance of anything that was thrown at him inspired the hashtag - #BeLikeMax. We honor his legacy and that of all the animals that come through the doors of Homeward Pet who we continue to love like Max would have.
