The Historic Hotel Nichols is the only one of the historic hotels still operating in downtown South Haven. The hotel has been a family owned business for over 100 years.

We are located along the historical Maritime District in the heart of downtown South Haven. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, parks, marinas and beaches. All stays between Memorial Day and Labor Day include hot made-to-order breakfast in the morning. Limited made-to-order breakfast is also available outside of these dates as well as complimentary pastries at our continental breakfast. Enjoy happy hour, specials, and amazing service year round.
