PARKING
For those not local to South Haven, please see available parking near the start and finish line at the Reindeer Run 5K & Rudolph Romp Kids' Fun Run.
You may or may not want to park in the lot across from the Harbor Walk, as the street will be closed between 9A and 11:30A.

Starts promptly at 9:30a.
All participants must wear a race bib on their front outermost layer.
Parents may accompany younger children.
Out and back on Kalamazoo Street from Center to Phoenix.

5K STARTS PROMPTLY AT 10A
All participants must be registered and wear a race bib with a tear off tag on their front outermost layer.
The course will be entirely on city streets.
Only the section on Kalamazoo Street from Center to Phoenix is closed to traffic.
It is strongly encouraged that a registered adult run or walk with younger children.
The route will be marked with arrow signs at all turns. Volunteers will also be out to guide you as well.
South Haven Police will provide a lead car. A volunteer car will follow the last walker.
If you decide to not run or walk after you pick up your packet, please let us know ASAP so that we do not wait for you to finish.
TIMING
The Reindeer Run 5K is timed using Runsignup Mobile Timing app (not chip timed) with a pull off tag backup.
PLEASE ENSURE YOUR RACE BIB IS VISIBLE ON THE FRONT OUTERMOST LAYER AS YOU NEAR THE FINISH LINE.
A volunteer will record your time as you cross the finish line.
Another volunteer will collect your bib tag in the order you finished, as you exit the chute
Bottled water and cookies at the finish line.
South Haven Brew Pub will be open with food and beverages for purchase.

2023 Reindeer Run 5K & Rudolph Romp Kids Fun Run

Join us in South Haven on Saturday, November 25 to kick off the holiday season with an event to benefit the Mitten Children's Museum.
The Rudolph Romp Kids Fun Run is an untimed 1/4 mile event with a 9:30 am start. Open to kids 10 and under.
The Reindeer Run 5K starts at 10am and is open to ages 5 and above. Strollers are welcome for children 4 and under.
Holiday costumes are encouraged! Reindeer antlers provided!
Funds raised will support the mission of The Mitten Children's Museum.
RACE COURSE:
This is a road race through the City of South Haven.
Portions of the course will be closed to traffic. It is suggested that youth 10 and under run or walk with a registered adult.
NOTE: No bikes, no skates, no skateboards, etc.

The Mitten Children's Museum is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing every child with the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive. Support of this fundraiser will enable us to develop new exhibits and activities, expand our unique educational offerings, and spark a love of learning in even more children for years to come!
Race Giveaways
Each paid participant for both the Rudolph Romp Kids Fun Run and Reindeer Run 5K will receive a Reindeer Antler Headband with their race packet, and upon crossing the finish line a Reindeer Finisher Award!
