Refund Policy
If a participant has to cancel their race entry, we offer credit toward a future Daybreak race if you withdraw in advance. We work hard to provide one of the most flexible, fair and feasible race credit policies out there, while taking our ongoing staff time and nonrefundable expenses into account.
Race Credit is a percentage based on the date a runner withdraws prior to race day:
>> 90+ days before race date: 75% credit toward a future Daybreak race
>> 45+ days before race date: 50% credit toward a future Daybreak race
>> 21+ days before race date: 25% credit toward a future Daybreak race
>> Less than 21 days before race date: no credit
Refunds: There are no refunds given for any reason— please do not ask.
Transfers: Transfer of a race registration to another runner is not allowed, no exceptions.
Deferrals: We do not offer deferrals to the next year, except in the case of a pregnancy deferral.
