Refund Policy
A1 Ultra Events does not have a refund policy. However, registered runners can defer their registration to the following year.
Sign In: Go to RunSignup.com and log in.
Navigate to Profile: Click on Profile under the user icon.
Find Registration: Go to Upcoming Events and click Manage Registration next to the race.
Select Deferral: Click the Defer Registration menu item.
Confirm: Review the details and click Confirm Deferral.
Confirmation: You will receive an email with details of your deferral.
