The North Township Trustee’s Office, led by Adrian Santos, proudly serves the communities of East Chicago, Hammond, Highland, Munster, Griffith, and Whiting in Lake County, Indiana. As the second largest township in the state, North Township is dedicated to providing essential services to those in need, including assistance programs and free, on-demand transit through the Dial-a-Ride program. The office also oversees the historic Hess and Oak Hill Cemeteries and operates Wicker Memorial Park, a popular community space featuring an 18-hole golf course, trails, picnic areas, a dog park, and more. The North Township team is committed to enhancing the lives of residents through dedicated service and stewardship of local resources.
