ECANA - The Endometrial Cancer Action Network for African Americans, is a 501(c)(3), comprised of women united to create a supportive community, share knowledge, and empower African Americans affected by endometrial cancer. We are here to motivate, inspire, and listen. Established in 2017, in Seattle, WA, ECANA's presence has developed a dedicated team of Ambassadors and members residing in over 18 states across the U.S.
