Refund Policy
There are no refunds unless the participant purchases the RegShield Race Event Insurance and cannot make the event for one of the reasons that RegShield covers... If a participant cannot attend their race due to one of nearly 20 covered circumstances, they get 100% of their registration fee back plus transactional fees. Participants do not recover sales tax due to variability of tax laws or add-ons due to how add-ons are provisioned.
