Refund Policy
Due to the nature and expense of this event, refunds are NOT available unless there are
extreme extenuating circumstances. We encourage you to find a substitute then email:
Mudrun@heartofthebride.org to coordinate the sub’s registration.
Tickets can be transferred to another individual or to another race wave for free as long as the new events is the same price or cheaper (refunds are NOT given if transferring to a cheaper event). If transferring to a higher priced event, the difference in current price must be paid. Transfers can be done until 10 days before the event.
