Mocha Lee is one of the country’s top fitness professionals with twenty years of experience. She is the first African-American to win the Ms. Galaxy title.  Mocha is also the first fitness host of “Heart & Soul”, Black Entertainment Television (BET)’s exclusive health, beauty and fitness show, which aired from 1998 – 2001. A trailblazer in the industry, Mocha inspires other to strive towards achieving overall wellness, and her mission is to encourage and educate on how to build a strong mind, body and spirit.

With her wide range of fitness knowledge, and genuine character, Mocha Lee has attracted a large following through TV, and also in various publications.  She has been a contributing writer for Oxygen Women’s Fitness Magazine and Heart and Soul Magazine. Mocha is one of the first African-American fitness models to grace the cover of multiple magazines: Oxygen (three times), Embrace and MaxMuscle. Other magazines in which she has appeared are:  Muscle & Fitness Hers, American Health & Fitness, Women’s Fitness, Natural Muscle Magazine, Today’s Black Woman, Ebony, Gopel Today and Hope for Women.
