Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by the organizers. In such a case, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee. Please note that all other sales are final. Refunds will not be provided for participant-initiated cancellations, including due to personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with the event, or travel issues. If the event is postponed, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date, with no refunds issued unless the event is ultimately canceled.
