All registration fees are non-refundable. Registrations may not be deferred to a future year.

If you are unable to participate, you may transfer your registration to another runner through RunSignup prior to the transfer deadline. Any applicable RunSignup processing or transfer fees are the responsibility of the participant.

Participants may also switch between the Half Marathon and 5K, subject to availability and any applicable price difference. If transferring to a higher-priced event, the participant will be responsible for paying the difference. No refund will be issued when transferring to a lower-priced event.

If the event is canceled, postponed, or modified due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, directives from local authorities, or other circumstances beyond the control of the Washington County Running Festival, refunds are not guaranteed. Any available options will be communicated to registered participants.
