Refund Policy
15 minutes after initial registration, refund requests can be made through your Run Sign Up account. Click the "Request Refund" tab, found on the top tool bar when managing your registration. Please note that once you request a refund, the request cannot be cancelled. Refunds can only be issued if an individual is present on the waitlist to take your place.
