We understand that plans change. Because race expenses (permits, insurance, shirts, medals, timing, and safety services) are committed well in advance of race day, race registrations are non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:

Registration Transfers: You may transfer your registration anytime to a family member or friend, for a refund (minus processing fees), through your Run Sign Up profile. You may also choose to gift your registration to a family or friend. To transfer your registration click the "Transfer to Someone Else" tab, found on the top tool bar when managing your registration.

Sold-Out Events: Once the race sells out, refund requests can be made through your Run Sign Up account. Click the "Request Refund" tab, found on the top tool bar when managing your registration. Please note that once submitted, the request cannot be cancelled. Refunds (minus processing fees) can only be issued if an individual is present on a waitlist to take your place.
