Refund Policy
After that all sales are final and there are no refunds. If the race is cancelled due to, but not limited to, weather, pandemic, natural disaster, government orders, etc. no refunds or future year deferments will be issued. If a participant cancels their registration no refunds or future year deferments will issued. A cancelling participant may transfer their registration to a new participant for the current event only. The 12 Hours of Mesa Verde is a charity event. By registering for this event you waive all claims to a refund and agree to the distribution of proceeds to the designated beneficiaries.
