No Refund Policy
All entries are non-refundable, including for injury, illness, travel issues, weather, or unforeseen race cancellations. Rain or shine events—races are only postponed if required by the city, in which case a new date will be provided.
Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase FanShield race insurance during registration.
Transfers to another CaliFlow Runs event are allowed but must be requested at least 24 hours before race start. No exceptions.
