Refund Policy
I understand that the event has a NO refund policy, even in the case of a race cancellation, event format changes, postponement, and/or if I am unable to participate. I understand that I may not transfer my entry to another person. NO EXCEPTIONS. This means once my entry is received, I will not receive a refund if I cannot participate, and I may not give or sell my number to anyone else, and my registration cannot be moved to another Nepali Community Of Greater Richmond event.
