Rosario Valenza first formed Willow Grove Yellow Cab in 1951. 

In 1963 Rosario allowed his son Tony to begin operating the business full-time.  

Tony, Sr. ran the business until the early 1980's when he turned over the day-to-day operations to his two oldest sons, Sam and Tony, Jr.

In 1995, Tony's youngest son Mike, Sr. joined the company after selling off the family's local hotels in Warminster.

In 2017, Tony, Sr. passed away after a very successful career and life.

In 2020, Tony Jr. retired from the company, leaving ownership to Sam Sr., Mike, Sr., and their sister Dee McGuckin.
