With hundreds of thousands of waiting children and a seemingly equal amount of waiting families, the journey to connect these compassionately connected people has become more of a mystery riddled with unknown and unnecessary heartbreak.
Beautiful Together was born to improve the quality of the lives of children who wait to be part of a family - through specific, tangible and measurable projects - while we work to improve the process for all involved.
This shouldn't be so hard.
Beautiful Together works to help navigate the process for creating families through adoption and foster care. For a variety of reasons, some good, most not, the process to adopt a waiting child can feel dauntingly cumbersome, with seemingly endless paperwork, multiple unforeseen delays and mounting fees, all within a system that currently discourages instead of enables those who choose to navigate the adoption journey - even as so many caring individuals work tirelessly within it. We work to shine a light on those children who wait to join a family while supporting those who enable each step.
