No Refund, Cancellation, Modification & Chargeback Policy

Races are non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to injury, illness, travel issues, personal scheduling conflicts, weather, Acts of God, public safety concerns, government or city determinations, permitting restrictions, public health guidance, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of CaliFlow Runs.
Events are held rain or shine. If an event is cancelled, delayed, modified, shortened, rerouted, converted to a walk-only format, or postponed due to weather, safety concerns, Acts of God, or a determination by a city, state, park, or permitting authority that conditions are unsafe, no refunds will be issued.
Course routes, distances, start times, event formats, awards, amenities, timing methods, wave starts, and operations are subject to change and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
