Abby came crashing into our lives during the COVID Pandemic, the third beautiful little girl in our family! We found out during the second trimester of our pregnancy with Abby that she would very likely be born with Down Syndrome and have special healthcare and rehabilitation needs! Abby couldn't have landed with a better support community, through Inova Children's Hospital/Inova Children's Outpatient Rehabilitation, as well as her community physicians! She's been supported from the start, and has a whole team around her, making sure her needs are being met and addressed as they arise! Abby spends her days singing, sassing all of us, talking up a storm, and dancing circles around everyone!
