Refund Policy
Participant Cancellations:
-60 Days Prior – Full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee.
-30 Days Prior
– 50% refund of the registration fee.
-14 Days Prior – No refunds will be issued. However, you may transfer your registration to another participant if arranged before the start of the workshop.
Event Cancellation or Modifications:
-If the clinic is canceled by the Superior Cycling Association due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather or safety concerns), registrants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future clinic.
-If the event is modified (e.g., schedule adjustments due to weather), no refunds will be issued.
In the event of rain, participants can expect to spend more time on training features than trail time.
How to Request a Cancellation or Transfer:
To request a cancellation or transfer, please email info@superiorcycling.org with your full name and registration details. Transfers must be approved in advance.
