Elite Entry Application
If you wish to be considered for an elite entry please submit your request to chris@confluencerunning.com and include a Complete Running Bio for the past three years. Please include the following information:
1. Full Name (as shown in previous race results)
2. Mailing Address
3. Phone Number
4. Age/Date of Birth
5. Sex
6. Citizenship
7. Listing of previous races to include:
-Race name & date of event
-Finish Time
-Overall or Masters finish place
8. Race you wish to enter (18.12 Challenge, Half Marathon, 5K, 1 Mile)
9. Goal time for chosen event
ATHLETES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR ELITE ENTRY WITHOUT A COMPLETE RUNNING BIO.
Please Note:
-Confluence Running and the 18.12 Challenge do not pay for travel to and from Sackets Harbor, NY.
-Confluence Running and the 18.12 Challenge do not provide invitations for Elite Entry. Athletes must complete and submit bio.
