REFUNDS
If you cannot attend, you have the following options.
Due to the complexity of these events, there are NO REFUNDS 3 Months prior to the event date.
Refunds incur a 20% service charge.
Pregnant? 100% Full refund or rollover ladies, no worries.
Postpartum? We will offer a 1-year deferral to next year’s event date.
You must inquire for approval at least 2 months before the current year’s event date.
In the event of a weather-related cancellation, the event will typically not be rescheduled. Entry fees will not be refunded.

TRANSFERS & DEFERRALS
You may transfer your entry to another participant for a 20% service fee prior to registration close.
You may roll over to next year’s race if notification of request is received prior to above deadline. There is a $15.00 Deferral fee.
To request a refund or rollover, sign in to runsignup.com. From there, look for the refund, transfer options within the race. You can also change distances when signed in.
