Elbow's Eats Bakery started long before it actually became “Elbow's Eats.” The founder, Elise, has a passion for breaking bread with people and feeding her community. Our leftovers from events are always given back to the unhoused community, or those in need of food — because we believe everyone deserves to be fed. When she learned to bake, her grandmother told her: “If you got a lotta love and li'l elbow grease, you can make anything!” And that stuck. It's the motto for everything we do. All of our breads are kneaded by hand, filled with love, and crafted from accessible, high-quality ingredients.
