The GROW Together 5K is a community-driven run and walk fundraiser supporting the restoration and revitalization of our nature playground at Two Rivers Park. Hosted by GROW Enrichment, this event brings together families, neighbors, and supporters who believe in the power of public land to educate, nourish, and connect.
All proceeds from the 5K will go directly toward rebuilding our natural playscape—an inviting space surrounded by edible vegetation that reflects our commitment to sustainable land use and permaculture education. Whether you are a seasoned runner or simply enjoy a morning stroll through nature, your participation helps us grow something meaningful for the next generation.

Why This Fundraiser Matters: Rebuilding the Nature Playground
The GROW Together 5K is more than just a run — it’s a step toward revitalizing a beloved space in our community. Proceeds from this event will directly support the rebuild of the nature playground at Two Rivers Park, a project rooted in our mission of connecting people to nature through education, restoration, and play.
This unique playground once offered children the opportunity to explore natural elements like sand, wood, and edible plants. Due to safety concerns from aging materials, the original structure had to be removed. Now, we’re working to bring it back — better than ever — with a focus on natural, sustainable materials, edible landscaping, and tactile sensory features that invite curiosity and connection to the land.
What to expect on Race Day
8:00 AM – Packet Pickup
Pick up your race bib, shirt, and swag bag at the check-in tent.
9:00 AM – Welcome & Warm-Up
We’ll kick off with announcements and a community warm-up led by The Movement Lounge to get you race-ready.
9:15 AM – Race Begins
Hit the greenway for a beautiful, family-friendly run or walk through Two Rivers Park.
Post-Race Celebration
The fun doesn’t stop at the finish line! Stick around for a celebration that includes:
Our herd of goats for petting and photos
Local vendors with food, handmade goods, and community resources
Activities for all ages to enjoy, from nature play to giveaways
Race Swag & Packet Pick-up
Packet pickup will be held the morning of the race at 8:00 AM.
You will receive fun goodies from local businesses and a shirt if registered applicable in their race packet!
To guarantee your shirt is ready for race day, be sure to register by October 10, 2025.
Parking & Shuttle Information
All participants will park at Wave Country, located at 2320 Two Rivers Pkwy, Nashville, TN 37214. A shuttle bus will be available to take you from the parking area to the race start location in front of the GROW Enrichment site. After the race, the shuttle will return you to the parking area. Please plan to arrive early to allow time for parking and shuttle transportation.
