Entry fees are non-refundable. After your registration is accepted, no refunds will be issued, even if you can't participate. Race insurance is available for purchase during registration through a third-party provider.

No refunds will be given if the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: acts of God, weather, public health emergencies, and acts of terrorism.

The only exception to this policy is for active military personnel who provide deployment papers demonstrating their inability to attend. We cannot accommodate other special circumstances. Contact info@nolatrackclub.org for further assistance.
